Wilson Lambe MBE, CFIOSH MIOD MCMI
Wilson has been heavily involved with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) since 1963. He became the first person from Northern Ireland to be national President in 1997. He is still active with IOSH at local level and is currently President of the Northern Ireland Safety Group. Wilson retired as CEF Health and Safety manager in 2002 after 23 years of service to the organisation.

Richard McIvor CMIOSH, FRSH, FCMI, MSSc OSH, PG DipMan, OSHCR
Richard is a chartered member of IOSH (currently Chair of the Northern Branch Committee) and an IRCA registered occupational health & safety principal auditor. He is also a Safe-T-Cert auditor, CSR trainer & assessor and an OSHCR registered consultant. Richard has spent a number of years working in the structural steel and demolition sectors during which he was involved in the management of 3rd party accredited safety, environmental and quality management systems and participated in sector specific trade bodies. Richard is also a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and previously served on the local Belfast branch.
