Construction First is based at CEF headquarters at 143 Malone Road, Belfast and is responsible for the administration of a range of schemes and services for the Northern Ireland Construction Industry.
 
The company’s principal activities include the administration of the following:
 

 

   

Construction First Holiday Pay Scheme is a credit based scheme for the provision of holiday pay.

 

 

  
   

Enhance – Construction Pension Scheme Northern Ireland is a unitised money purchase pension scheme.

 

 
   

 

Workers Pension Trust is a basic workplace pension scheme designed to complement the Enhance Scheme and accommodate non-construction activities.
   
   

Construction Skills Register (CSR) is a scheme whereby applicants are issued with a CSR card on successful completion of health and safety training and occupational assessment.
   

Construction First Training Services provides courses and seminars relevant to the construction industry.
  

The Holiday Pay Scheme, Enhance – Construction Pension Scheme Northern Ireland and Construction Skills Register have been established by the Joint Council for the Building and Civil Engineering Industry (Northern Ireland) for the benefit of all operatives in the construction industry.
