The Federation, in partnership with the Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), arranged a series of Roadshows in Newry, Antrim and Omagh to explain the background, theory and practice of the new Standard PQQ Template.  All the Centres of Procurement Expertise (CoPEs) have signed up to this template which is designed to streamline PQQs in government procurement for the benefit of both contractors and clients.  A number of government construction clients are already using it and other CoPEs are expected to start using it by September.   Constructionline will form an important part of the PQQ process going forward.  Further details are available on the Central Procurement Directorate website www.cpdni.gov.uk.
