7 October 2011: A revised Contract of Employment for operatives engaged under the Working Rules Agreement has been produced to reflect the introduction of employee pension contributions from 5 December 2011.

27 January 2012: An amended version of the Standard Contract of Employment has been produced for use if an employer decides to operate salary exchange. For the avoidance of doubt, the contract of employment only requires amendment if salary exchange is being introduced.
