Improving Payment Practices in the Construction Industry in Northern Ireland

2 July 2009: The Federation has made a formal response to the Department of Finance & Personnel on the consultation paper on the review of the Construction Contracts Order 1997 and the Scheme for Construction Contracts in NI Regulations (NI) Order 1999.

We submitted a detailed response based on the pro forma questionnaire together with a brief Summary Sheet.
